We are aware that on occasions staff who are calling patient mobiles from our Deben Road site, it can display Amber Mini Mart instead of Cardinal Medical Practice/Doctors Surgery.
Please be rest assured, this is the practice calling. Our phone provider has looked into this extensively, however this only happens with certain iPhones/androids and is linked to software which picks up Amber Mini Mart from ‘google’ and will display this on your phone instead.
Unfortunately our phone providers are unable to fix this, as the issue is linked to the patient’s mobile, so if you do receive a call from us, please do answer, or if in doubt you can call the surgery to check, or respond to the AskMyGP request, if this was the way you initially contacted the practice.
