Experiencing phone line issues

Monday 1^st June 2026 – We are currently experiencing issues with our telephone system, which have been reported to our phone service provider. As part of the troubleshooting process, we have had to carry out a full system reboot. Unfortunately, this may have disconnected patients who were waiting in the call queue.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved. We envisage once the system has rebooted the telephone system will be working as usual.
