Patient notice

There is currently a worldwide critical issue that affects AskMyGP.

Due it’s severity, AskMyGP will need to release a security update. This will be this afternoon Wednesday 21st October and will require around 30 minutes of downtime – around 3pm, however timings are subject to change. This will affect both staff and patient instances of AskMyGP.

You will therefore not be able to access AskMyGP during this time to add requests.
