Surgery Closures

The surgery will be closed from 13:00 for staff training (we will reopen at 08:00 the next working day) on the following dates:

• Wednesday 11th October 2023
• Thursday 9th November 2023
• Wednesday 6th December 2023
• Thursday 8th February 2024
• Wednesday 6th March 2024

During these times please contact NHS 111 or in a genuine emergency phone 999.

The practice recognises that the work pattern of some patients may make it difficult for them to attend during the normal Monday to Friday surgery times.

For this reason, we have extended hours on at our Chesterfield Drive site for pre-booked appointments only on:

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 07:30 – 08:00
• Mondays, 18:30 – 21:00 (remote telephone appointments only – surgery is therefore closed. Note, calls will be from a withheld number)

We also offer pre-booked appointments only at our Norwich Road site:

• Every 3rd Saturday, 08:00 – 13:00

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

They in turn will pass on all your details to the practice on the next working day for any necessary action if appropriate.
