Your query will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all queries within two working days. If however, you are contacting the practice for any medically related queries or assistance, please do not send in a request via this method.

If your query is medically related, then please complete an Ask My GP request or contact the surgery on 01473 741349. If requiring medical assistance outside of the practice’s normal opening hours, please contact out of hours service by calling 111 or if an emergency please contact 999.
