Did you know we have Custom Action Buttons which allow patients to have access to our services and raise a request when it is convenient, as the majority are available 24/7, even when the main Ask My GP system has been closed.

It is imperative that any requests made via this route are specific to the categories listed, as no clinical requests that come via these Custom Action Buttons will be dealt with. For clinical issues please ensure you contact the surgery on 01473 741349 or raise an Ask My GP request when we are open and when the system is available.

Please note if you do have a clinical issue, please contact 111 or 999 if a life threatening emergency, as this will not be dealt with via the use of the Custom Action Buttons.
