Whilst we always aim to run our clinics on time, appointments can occasionally run behind schedule.
This may be due to doctors and clinicians dealing with urgent or complex medical concerns, patients requiring additional time, emergency situations, or other unforeseen clinical demands. Patient safety and quality of care must always remain our priority.
Please also be aware that some patients may be called through before you, even if they arrived later, as they may be seeing a different clinician whose clinic is running to time.
We understand delays can be frustrating and kindly ask for your patience and understanding when this happens. Our team will always do their best to minimise waiting times and provide updates where possible.
