LivingGrief is the bereavement service run by St Elizabeth Hospice and runs a site dedicated to co-ordinating bereavement support in East Suffolk. The LivingGrief Hub website is dedicated to signposting friends, family, patients, colleagues or anyone who may be experiencing a loss of a baby, an unexpected death of a child or adult, or had a bereavement through cancer, suicide, a long-term illness, or Covid-19, the LivingGrief Hub is here to support them.
As well as signposting to local and national organisations, the LivingGrief Hub has up to date social groups listings in Ipswich, Stowmarket, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Framlingham, Leiston, Saxmundham and Eye. It also has tips on how to understand grief and practical information on what to do when someone dies. LivingGrief can be contacted on 0300 303 5196 (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm).
