You and your practice

Please note, we may be unable to provide services exactly as set out in “You and Your General Practice” in certain circumstances, including:

  • Lack of clinical or administrative capacity
  • Planned closure for staff training (e.g. half-day each month)
  • Unforeseen events (e.g. IT outage, severe weather)
  • Failure of NHS-supplied software (e.g. online consultation or GP Connect issues)
  • Situations where continuing to accept requests would compromise safe service delivery If your request is urgent, please phone the practice or NHS 111.
